that personally identifies an agency client will not be sold or rented to other companies
or individuals without their permission. Personally identifying information
is information that can be explicitly used to identify an individual. This includes information such as a
mailing address, phone number(s), etc. Information that, by itself,
cannot be explicitly linked with an individual is not considered personally identifying.

Security
The biographical
information provided to Actionextra is password-protected for your privacy and security.
In certain areas, Actionextra may also use industry-standard SSL-encryption
to protect data transmissions. Actionextra takes great care to protect
personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized
access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Data that
is collected
Actionextra
collects personally identifiable information when you register for an
Actionextra account. Actionextra also automatically receives and records
information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address.
